Selfie .:. FabScraps Teens collection

Do you take selfies? I do sometime cause otherwise there would be absolutely no pictures of me.
I used the fabulous Teens collection from FabScraps to create this page.

For This Project You Will Need:

•   FabScraps Elegant Chic C80 001 x 1

•   FabScraps Elegant Chic ST80 002 x 1

•   FabScraps Elegant Chic MC80 001A x 1

•   FabScraps Elegant Chic DC80 004 x 1

•   FabScraps Elegant Chic DC80 013 x 1

•   FabScraps Elegant Chic DS039 x 1

•   Silver embossing powder

•   Distress ink

•   White CS

•   Aqua Markers or mist or water color

•   Gesso

•   An edge punch, a circle punch.

Instructions:

1.     Use the White CS as the base. Add some gesso using the DS039 as a mask. Let dry.

2.     Add color using the Aqua Markes and the Acetate Smack method (you can google that technique on YouTube). Also add some color splatter.  Let dry.

3.    Cut out a piece from the FabScraps Teens C81 001. Cut along the brick pattern. Ink the edges using distress ink. Add a small piece on the top right corner.

4.     Cut a 6” x 5 ½” from the FabScraps Teens MC81 001A. Ink the edges and add underneath the photo. Add a stripe of white CS that you have tried using an edge punch.

5.     Silver emboss the FabScraps Teens DC81 004 and 13. . Cut of the frame and the s in Selfies and add.

6.     Punch out 3 circles and add the FabScraps Teens ST81 002 smile stickers to does. Add to the page.

7.     Pop out the shape from the FabScraps Teens MC81 001A. Ink the edges and add.

8. Your layout is now ready to frame and hang!
