Grattiskort med FabScraps

På det här kortet har jag använt de ljuvliga pappren i FabScraps serie French Heritage ♥ en riktig favorit.

New challenge over at The Studio Challenges

I desided to put the photo on a tag to meet this challenge. Also on this page I am using paper from this month's sponsor FabScraps . The collection is called Angelic Christmas.

Painted & still Pretty

My dear daughter played with a friend and desided to try make-up. She felt so pretty although I didn't quite liked the look LOL. I only got a crappy mobile phone picture but I still wanted to document it.

I used the FabScraps Country Living collection and added gesso onto a mask Harlequin by Crafter's workshop. I then sprayed with different colors of mist. The paper was quite bubbly so I added a CS behind and stithed the two papers together.

I added a few pieces of PP from the same collection underneath the photo and a sticker. The chipboard fountain I altered using mist, clear sparkling embossing and then more mist and tied a ribbon around.

I have cut the title and a few details using the Silhouette. The flowers I stamped with a text stamp and then sprayed. The title I just distressed with antique linen distress ink.
Finally I added a flower.

Min älskade dotter lekte med en kompis och bestämde sig för att prova make-up. Hon kände sig så fin även om inte jag helt höll med om detta LOL. Jag lyckades bara ta ett ganska dåligt mobilfoto men ville ändå dokumentera händelsen.

Jag använde FabScraps Country Living collection och gesso på en mask  Harlequin från Crafter's workshop. Sedan sprayade jag med en massa olika mister. Pappret blev ganska bubbligt så jag fäste ett lite styvare cardstock bakom med maskinsöm.

Jag använde små bitar av PP från samma kollection under fotot och en rund sticker. Chipboard fontänen  altrade jag med mist, clear sparkling embossing och sedan ännumer mist och knöt fast ett band.

Jag har skurit ut titeln och några detaljer med min Silhouette. På blommorna stämplade jag med en ordstämpel och sprayade med mist. På titeln använde jag bara lite antique linen distress ink.
Till sist la jag till en enkel blomma.

 

December Mood board Challenge tutorial

Have you started creating beased on the December Mood Board at A2ZScraplets yet?
If not go ahead and let us see what happy pages you come up with.

I made my inspiration page in a few steps:
First I  added wallpaper dry tape onto the background and some lace on the top edge. Then I marked tha place of the photo and added lots of different decorations and two scraplets around the place of the photo.

Then I  sprayed the entire page with spray gesso. It looked like a whipped cream cake LOL.

 Finally I started adding mists in all the colors of the rainbow.

I wasn't really happy with the pale look so I dug out some stronger mists and went a second time and this is the ready page:

For this months challenge over at the Studio Challenges I used scrappy material  from this month's sponsor FabScraps to make my page.

I started by cutting white paper into 11 1/4 x11 1/4  " and placed on top pf the blue patterned paper from FabScraps French Heritage collection. Then I added lots of stars using a stencil from Joggles.

Make your own Christmas gifts - feather earrings

What do you give someone that allready has everything? Well what about some home made feather earrings. They will be absolutely unique and you can be sure the receiver do not have a pair like it before. 

I made the earrings using the technique described here.

Less vs. more

På You Do's blogg hittar du under hela december olika utmaningar. Detta är mitt inspirationsbidrag till Johannas utmaning Less vs. More. Det handlar om att göra 2 kort. Det ena kortet ska vara många lager och mycket dekor, medan kort nr 2 är ett Clean and simple. Alltså ett betydligt enklare.

På mitt "Less"-kort har jag använt vit cardstock,  klockor i silver, elastisk silvertråd, julgransknapp i silver, god jul-stämpel och glitter som jag fäste med dekopagelim i en rund shaker.


 På mitt "More"-kort har jag använt vit och röd cardstock, blått julpapper, mask, gesso, hjärt-doily,  julgransknapp i silver, glitter som jag fäste med dekopagelim i en rund shaker,  konfettistjärnor, krans, twine, snöstjärneknappar och god jul-stämpel.

What's on the menu?

Today I am showing a menu-card that you can use for any dinner party using FabScraps fabolous Country Living.

Idag visar jag ett meny-kort perfekt för vilken middagsbjudning som helst med FabScraps fina kollektion Country Living.

I have used: FabScraps fabolous Country Living C62 007, 006, 003, ST 62 002, DC62 011 Menu, and a doily. The chipboard I just sprayed with spray Gesso.

Mera Winter Lights

Det finns fina kransar i butiken som passade precis runt ljusen jag köpt (6cm i diameter) och jag kombinerade med de vackra julblommorna som YouDo har med en brad i mitten. 

De andra två ljusen har enkla dekorationer av en stämplad text, lite band och små kulörta lyktor.
